If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, refunds, and exchanges on eligible items in accordance with the policy below. Please read the conditions carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
💳 Refund Policy
- Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 5 days of delivery.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The returned item must be postmarked and shipped back within 5 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund amount.
📦 Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept both returns and exchanges for eligible products.
- If you prefer a different size, colour, or design, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back and postmarked within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
- For approved exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will review your request promptly.
For verified damaged or defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference and product availability.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us within 5 days of delivery. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions before processing your refund or shipping your replacement.
