💳 Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
- Once the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, print placement, or texture are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
📦 Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged during transit, have manufacturing defects, or are incorrectly delivered.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Customers are requested to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or videos.
- The returned product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging along with all tags and accessories.
- After verification, our team will arrange a return pickup whenever available or guide you through the return shipping process.
- Returns cannot be accepted for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, minor color differences due to screen settings, or natural handmade variations.
