📦 Orders & Deliveries

  • Once an order is successfully placed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • For shipments handled by recognized courier services, we take full responsibility until delivery.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or incomplete information provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
